In 1997 Dennis met his spiritual master and spent many years meditating and practicing disciplines. She firmly believes the philosophy of Japa yoga and Vedanta opened up her intellect and brought her out of old behavior patterns that were not serving her well. Japa meditation made Mary’s life most enjoyable ,allowing her to share her life with family, friends, students and clients with ease. She has done a lot of charity work for Special Olympics and People in Need, organising fund raising events throughout the county for them. Emer has been teaching Japa yoga for the last three years. Emer qualified with a BSc Honours in Psychotherapy in 2008 & is an accredited member of the IACP. She works with Bioenergetic, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, CBT approaches. Since 2003 she has worked in several social care roles including addiction, mental health, domestic violence and homelessness. As a therapist, she sees her role as a collaboration with clients to resolve present and past difficulties. Emer works extensively with depression and anxiety, low self-esteem, sexuality, grief, separation and relationship issues, as well as addiction, domestic violence, abuse and stress. In addition Emer offers Energy Healing and Crystal Healing therapies. Emer has been teaching Japa Meditation since 2013 from her centre, Aria Therapy in Dublin city centre.

Eithne has been working in the holistic health field since 2007 when she qualified as a kinesiologist; she now works in this area full time, supporting people with a variety of health issues. Eithne also teaches yoga and it was her love of yoga that led her to Japa meditation. She dabbled a little in chanting meditation as part of her yoga teacher training before attending Japa classes in 2014. With a background in economics, Calodagh spent 14 years working in International Aid prior to teaching meditation. Four of these years were spent in India, during which time Calodagh studied Yoga and other Vedic Sciences. Calodagh regularly teaches meditation, effective stress management and relaxation programmes to a diverse group of people. Japa Yoga and its philosophies are a big part of Kate's teachings and each year she travels to India to continue her learning.The trips to India allow Kate to connect with her ancestors and receive many blessings and connections. 21 years ago Emer travelled to India and was Introduced to Japa Yoga there. It has been a life changing experience for her. Emer has been practising Japa meditation since then and finds it hugely beneficial in her everyday life. It has become a way of life for her.

Emer is married with two teenage daughters, and for 15 years had a gift shop in Drogheda, Co. Louth. She has done a lot of charity work for Special Olympics and People in Need, organising fund raising events throughout the county for them. Emer has been teaching Japa yoga for the last three years. It gives her great pleasure to see other people practising Japa and thriving on the wonderful benefits from it.
