This course focuses on the practical elements of Japa Yoga Meditation. The course includes ancient yogic disciplines including mantra meditation, breath work, cleansing practices, lectures on the human energy system, manifestation and rituals as well as group discussion and group work. Attendance of weekly meditation class for at least 12 weeks course and ideally completion of Advanced Meditation course, as well as a good measure of self-motivation and a genuine desire to learn and grow from the teachings of Japa yoga philosophy.
